MLS Now vs. WCAR: Why Our Listings Look More Complete
January 15, 2026 · 5 min read · By the LV5 team
Two feeds, one market
West Central Ohio is covered by two MLS feeds — MLS Now (the big one) and WCAR (the Western Ohio one). Many websites pull from one, miss the other, and quietly leave gaps in their search results. We pull from both, deduplicated, into a single search experience.
Why it matters
If you're shopping in Lima, Findlay, or anywhere in between, listings on the WCAR side won't show up on most national portals — meaning a small group of locals know about properties the rest of the market doesn't. We level that playing field.
How often the data refreshes
Continuously. Listings, price changes, and status changes (Active → Pending → Closed) propagate within minutes. The "sold" history you see on this site is the last 16 months — per IDX compliance — and is genuinely current.
What this means for you
Better search, fewer ghost listings, and an honest view of what's really available.
